No surprise filling 2024 taxes was a breeze!!!! With no warning I sent my taxes in Friday afternoon and today they are done. The kicker is I also live just over 7 hours away, I was able to send, receive, and pay all on line and phone.
There was not even a complaint of sending them days before dead line.

They did really disgusting work on the tax issues. I provided all the information and receipts according to their requirements, however, after several months, they told me there was something wrong and requested me to pay an extra fee. They are not clear about the tax rules of government at all. They ask clients to pay for their mistakes.
Had my taxes done at a big name company in Sarnia for years. Got a letter last year about the prior year returns, had to pay back a bunch of money as they were done wrong. Stopped by Tax Tyme just to ask them if this was accurate, they said it was and they did make a mistake....But they also found another mistake they made that got all my money back and more.....Thank you so much, I could not afford paying back money. You have a customer for life.
Not sure where they hire their tax preparation people, but they did ours GLARINGLY WRONG! The worst part is the customer service. Their attitude, and I quote the supervisor, "people make mistakes". When we asked if we had to pay full price for something that they needed to redo when WE were the ones who found the error, we were told in no uncertain terms that we did. I hate to think what would have happened if we wouldn't have questioned the return and would have gotten and spent the big refund check we were not entitled to.
