Great staff, they should all be given a raise. The store itself has some overpriced items. The Dog grooming department is wonderful, excellent work,!

Been bringing both of my small dogs to PetSmart on William Kitchen Drive for a couple of years now. I find the service to be excellent and the staff friendly and courteous. The best thing of all is that my dogs do not seem to mind visiting them for their grooming!

Helpful staff who don’t oversell accessories, got very good-tempered hamsters for the kids. Nice selection of bettas. Store is obviously smaller than retail chain, but tidy and not smelly despite the closely racked cages.

I purchased 2 kittens yesterday. I felt like I was the only customer in the store that mattered. The people were upbeat and friendly as well as very courteous.
I have found a new store for all my animal needs.

Janet the groomer was very careful and conscientious.. Asked lot of questions about what we wanted . A great short cut for both our Westie and Bolonka . We made a 4 pm appointment- she took them immediately- no cage lock up.. Told us to come back at 6:30 pm and they had just been finished 5 minutes earlier - no long wait in cages. We were very lucky to get a same day appointment- I don’t think a lot of people know they are there.

This store is amazing, the staff are all so knowledgeable and helpful. Cheryl the groomer is also wonderful, your dog's health and safety is her number one priority as well as them being comfortable and I appreciate how much she cares for my dogs comfort and happiness. She also does a wonderful job at grooming and we love her!

Absolutely love the pets here. I absolutely loved the bird collections they have and the customer service they offer is astounding. We bought 500 crckets at oct 3th,and they all dead in two day,we went back yesterday tand buy another 500, but only find out about 100 of them dead again,after came home from work, we buy crickets over a dozen times sofar,from 20cricket to 1000 crickets at one ,and never any thing wrong, we did talk to the sale people at the shop yesterday.and they too ，no clue. Can same one tell me why?

I have used this location for shopping, grooming, Petshotel and Doggie Day Camp and I can't say enough about the staff here. They are helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their jobs and the animals that they care for. When Shelby sees the big neon sign, she goes out of her mind with happiness. Her trips to the grooming salon always leave her looking great and feeling fabulous. Love this location!
