This is a lovely complex with 7 separate apartment buildings, surrounded by lovely, clean landscaping, including a paved pathway throughout, like a park, actually, and attached to a city park. Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, picnic tables and benches here and there with lots of shady spots to just hang out on a nice day. You'll meet many people at social events which are done monthly and so beautifully decorated, live music (or other things like line dancing, etc.), and yum snacks!

I have lived at 5 Louis for 15 years. I find it very family friendly and has a lot of hard working people in the building. It is run well, and kept clean. I find that apartments are kept clean if the tenant is clean and will appear dirty if the tenants choose to keep their unit that way. Overall, I recommend living here.
