Very satisfied. This company does outstanding jobs which requires skills and experience. At the year beginning our basement started leaking, we had wet feeling inside that spread over the whole house. We invited many companies some of them even couldn’t check the whole damage properly. After living in our home for over 20 years we never had a problem with a leaky basement...until this year. If you are reading this I'm sure you are in a similar situation and in search of someone to help rid your basement of this problem. We would highly recommend Ken from AllDry Basement Waterproofing and here is a short description of why we can say this. We had called three companies to come in and look at our basement as we had discovered a leak after 20 years of living here. Out of the three Ken was the only one who seemed to care about our problem and who didn't come off as arrogant or pushy. He provided us with a very descriptive tutorial as to why our basement was leaking and the step by step process he would use to repair it. Once we gave him the ok to go ahead and do the job his company did a bang up job right from the get go. They acquired the locates for us so we didn't have to worry about them. They covered up the grass with plywood so the lawn didn't get all messed up and when they were finished they called us out to make sure everything they did met with our satisfaction. The care, attention to detail and easy going attitude that was presented during this project really made this experience a positive one once it was all said and done. My basement was damp and we had a leak in one of the corners. We had 6 different quotes and on a recommendation from a friend who had their basement done by them, I had them come in and waterproof I am extremely happy with the job that they did. They were quick and got the job done.It has rained quite a bit since the job was done and our basement is nice and dry. Calling in for an estimate on a job I was attempting to contract myself, their rep, a toothless would be biker, sneered at the work then in progress, accused me of attempting some kind of 'fiddle' and took off. no estimate was ever provided.
