We were referred to the Basement Guys by friends who had water problems successfully repaired. We hired them to repair a wall crack which was complicated by a finished wall in the basement and interlocking outside. The Basement Guys repaired the crack from the outside. They returned the patio to better than it's original state. They also took a number of photos of the repair. We have had many heavy rainfalls with no issues. Had a great experience with Dave and Gemil. They repaired a large crack in our foundation that was leaking water whenever we had a big rain storm. It was a big project, took about 7 days where they dug out the foundation and applied several layers of waterproofing all the way down to the bottom of the foundation. I had a problem with my main drain pipe being plugged and called another company to fix it. They put a camera in and found that tree roots had gotten into the pipe and blocked it. They wanted $8700 to fix it. I then looked for someone else to fix it and found Grieco Frank & Peter Contracting. They wanted only about half the cost. The other company said it would take all week to do it, but Grieco did it in only 2 days.
