Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. The entire Cozy world team was great to work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family. When my furnace broke down I called them to give me a quote to replace my furnace they came right away as i had no heat in the middle of winter. Called for a repair/inspection as my evaporator coil was icing up, and asked to confirm that if low refrigerant was the problem that they could top up with R22. Technician phoned back and indicated they had no R22 in stock (no longer manufactured), and explained some other indicators of low refrigerant. Thoroughly explained options and I highly recommend them for their diligence and explanation of options.

Five stars!!! First off, I called And Googled several companies regarding condo HVAC repair that I was not pleased with until I got a hold of Home Trade Standards. Kevin and his team was very accommodating, prompt and professional. I had a broken Whalen unit in my condo and they were able to replace it with an Omega Heat Pump. From the first phone call to final install, it only took 2 days. On time, within budget and honest. They are highly recommended, I would definitely use them again!

The fan on our furnace died so our air conditioning stopped. We phoned A1 Air Conditioning and Heating. They came out the next day and had it fixed in a few hours. Excellent service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Hi, I have used Ultra Comfort in Mississauga 2 different times now and have been extremely happy on both occurrences. The first time was for our home furnace/ac and the second was for a gas fireplace. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable plus their service is GREAT. I would like to share my experience working with this company.
I called them to inspect my system and i found out that my furnace needed repair and it was better for me to change it. it was 30 years old and my gas bills were very high, Paul came by gave me a free estimate (the day after a called) , so i went with a new furnace,new air conditioning and new tankless water heater. i got almost $2000 back from the government in rebates for high efficiency products.

I just bought my house and a month later my furnace stopped working, I had never needed to call a heating company before so I looked through the yellowpages and called a few different companies. I spoke to City Gas, they lady that answered the phone was great and their pricing was cheaper than many other companies I had called.
Their technician came to my house within an hour of my call; he was very friendly and professional and he fixed my furnace quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with their service and I will defiantly be using them again! Thanks City Gas!
