Ian did a fantastic job on our bathroom renovations. He took a tired & old looking bathroom & made it modern & very stylish. He renovated our back step (originally cement/concrete) & installed a wooden deck & steps. His work is amazing & professional! I am very pleased with the work Complete Renovations has done for me here at St. Marys Cathedral there is a video of the over all work. They took three rooms, basically apartment size, did the demolition of all the existing rooms & completely renovated the bathroom, bedroom and sitting room; executing all the dry wall, plumbing, painting, carpentry and electrical. The work was very well done. He & his crew are very pleasant to work with & completely professional himself and his work sites. Thxz

Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.

When asked about follow up service, he offered references. Debbie, the administrator, was patient and accommodating of my special requests. EK provided a written proposal initially, and a new one when we changed the plan. I had a lot of questions, and they treated me with respect. Great people to work with.
