Ken treats all his clients with the same care & respect regardless of the size of the job. I know this because it took me 2yrs to find a concrete finisher to even come on-site to give me a quote. He has the experience to guide you through the obstacles of obtaining permits. Ken handled the unforeseeable surprises that came up during demolition with professionalism, always keeping the desired end goal in mind. I will 100% call on him again for any future work. I am very pleased with the work Complete Renovations has done for me here at St. Marys Cathedral there is a video of the over all work. They took three rooms, basically apartment size, did the demolition of all the existing rooms & completely renovated the bathroom, bedroom and sitting room; executing all the dry wall, plumbing, painting, carpentry and electrical. The work was very well done. He & his crew are very pleasant to work with & completely professional himself and his work sites. Thxz

We had Allan do 6 separate tasks, all outdoor work, some repair work (e.g. repair posts under an existing deck), some new construction (e.g. build a new and matching porch and stairs at a different entrance). He was helpful in defining the scope of the work, fast, smart, neat and tidy, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely retain him for any future work we might have.

Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.

I've had an excellent experience with EK Energy Kingston. Mike G was on time for his visits to my house, and knowledgable when discussing my proposed window project. When asked about follow up service, he offered references. Debbie, the administrator, was patient and accommodating of my special requests. EK provided a written proposal initially, and a new one when we changed the plan. I had a lot of questions, and they treated me with respect. Great people to work with.
