Honest mechanic who appreciates your time and business. I bring my 99 CRV here and always feel Im getting great service for my money. I dont want to spend a fortune keeping an older car on the road. Great experience with Josh and the whole team at eagle ridge gm. Everything was easy, everyone was friendly and the service was great. While searching for a new truck I looked around at a few different dealerships and instead of listening to me and getting me into the vehicle I was looking for, they all tried to pressure me into something extremely expensive. It was totally different with Josh at eagle ridge. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I will be back for sure.

I should have made this review years ago.. I have known Chris for at least 30 years, and when i lived on the mainland, I always had him do any work to my junk vehicles, because with his shop, I always knew it was going to get fixed right the first time. no one is ever told they need something they dont need, his shop is always busy, expect at least a 2 week wait to get your vehicle in, from basic to extensive, it is always worth taking it to Pemberton Automotive.

I highly recommend John’s Mufflerman & Automotive Services. Prior to John’s, took my mechanic 6 hours to repair my resonator (center pipe) & the noise was still bad. A friend suggested John. John suggested we go before noon. It took him 5 minutes to give us 3 options & after selecting an option, took them less than one hour to build the over-axel, tail-pipe, & provide a universal muffler. The repair was miraculous – noise gone! Thank you for being a great mechanic with a fair price.

had my vehicle in for repairs on my 2012 ferrai 360 and they replace my timing belt and adjusted my valves.the car never run so good even gained 5 mpg.car was returned in prime condition and im very picky on the condition is.
