DISCUSTING SERVICE... THEY GAVE MY PARCEL TO SOMEONE ELSE. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, IT WAS A DRESS FOR DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY AND SHE WAS WAITING FOR IT. I HATE THEM. HATE HATE THEM

Using the online UPS web to request a second attempt at delivery a week later young disabled Dad still doesn’t have his phone. Can see the request sitting on the account but they did not follow through.

They said they tried to drop off the package, but I received no note on the door or even an attempt at the door code.

Absolutely dreadful, avoid at all, cost

UPS lies about delivery and makes mistakes with addresses. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and the tracking said delivery address error well when I checked the shipper's information, there was no delivery address error! I called them 4 times today to insist upon delivery today and every time they said they sent dispatch an urgent message and that I would receive a call back well of course no call has come and no package. Disgraceful! USELESS PARCEL SERVICE
