Absolutely the worst technician we have had to deal with! We had bought a dryer from Costco & he was sent by the manufacturer to do a service call to see why it was not working. Very condescending, rolling his eyes when we explained what it was doing & even showed him by turning it on & it did the same thing in front of him & he hooked his phone up, ran the test & said there's nothing wrong with it!! Will NEVER recommend this business! Made excuse upon excuse why it wasn't working!!!

I do not recommend this service. Almost had me buy a new fridge for no reason but a simple fan change. Also, charges a high price. I was charged 140+tax for just showing up and without fixing anything. He used a lot of time to take out the freezer door with a simple screw driver, and you end up paying for all that time. I after he left, the other guy took out the same door in under 5 min. So......
