Purchased my 2024 Tacoma from them and have been back 3 times for my scheduled maintenance. I have always been treated professionally by the staff at the service counter. The service performed was clearly explained and to my satisfaction. I happily recommend them for a vehicle purchase or for service needs.

In spite of the unusual delivery difficulties experienced by most vehicle dealers, including Orléans Toyota, Zora has greeted her customers with a smile and encouraging news and advices. Are people aware when they enter Toyota for an oil change Toyota will only check the tire pressure, fluids and brake fluids, nothing else according to Raymond. If you have a noisy rattling bearing or tire rod, ball joint problem, they will not say a word. So beware if you have an older model vehicle. I prefer if the technician would tell me instead of not saying a word.
