Not only did she order the part from the factory in Winnipeg, but also arranged a courier to expedite the process. To top it off, when the part arrived at Encore’s location in Langley, she coordinated with their sales representative to drop it off at my home in Burnaby! Thank you for terrific service!

I was having an issue with my furnace and couldn't diagnose it. I called Meer Mechanical and they had someone out to my place within a day. The tech had to show up before and after his scheduled shift in order to fit me in. There was a slight discrepancy on the invoice re: the time the tech was at my house. I called John the owner and discussed the bill with him. He made it right and was concerned about my satisfaction as a customer. Rare to find that in contractors these days.

We have had AJ, from Alps Mechanical, come to our home to service our furnace and air-conditioner for several years and can recommend recommend this business. There is good communication regarding their arrival time and they do very good work.
